How often should I train?

to see consistent progress, we recomment training 2-3 times a week. However the more your practice, the faster you’ll improve!

Are their age restrictions for joining?

We offer classes for all age groups, from children to adults. Specific age divisions may apply for certain classes

Can family members train together?

Yes! Our classes allow parents and children to train together on Tuesdays and Thursdays, fostering a shared experience and strengthening bonds.
