Little Tigers class – (3-5)
Our Little Tigers Karate class is designed for children ages 3-5. In this class, our Little Tigers will learn the basics and fundamentals of Kyokushin Karate through fun drills, activities and interactive games, while working on essential skills such as balance, coordination, listening skills, and basic techniques. Little Tigers is an ideal way for young kids to embark on their martial arts journey while having fun in a nurturing and supportive setting!

Juniors – (5-14)
Through a combination of fun drills, basic techniques and interactive games, students will develop their physical fitness, coordination and self defence abilities. Students also learn valuable life skills such as focus perseverance and goal setting, building the foundation for both their martial arts journey and personal growth.






Adults – (14+)
Our adult classes offer a comprehensive training experience that focuses on physical fitness, self defence and mental discipline. The class promotes stress relief and mental clarity, providing a supportive environment for personal growth and camaraderie. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, this class will challenge you, enhance your skills and empower you both on and off the mat.






Mixed class
Each class is designed to cater to individual strengths while fostering a collective spirit of achievement. Older students often take on mentorship roles, guiding younger participants and encouraging them with their experience. Meanwhile, the younger students bring a fresh enthusiasm that inspires everyone to stay motivated and engaged. This dynamic blend of ages and abilities not only enhances physical skills but also nurtures personal growth, confidence, and lifelong friendships. Together, we kick, punch, and block our way to becoming not only better martial artists but also more compassionate and understanding individuals.
Ladies only class
This class provides a supportive and empowering environment for female students. With a focus on self defence techniques, fitness and personal growth, our class allows women to build confidence and strength in a space where they can feel comfortable and focused. We promote camaraderie among participants, encouraging collaboration and support while learning karate techniques and forms. This fosters a community where women can thrive both on and off the mat.
